Your argument has no "specifics." The gist of it is, wrapped in the gauze of the word "reform," that high prices demand government price controls. What Anthem is doing is irrelevant, other than a convenient excuse for more socialist howling for takeovers.
Price controls have never worked. This is what "you can't reform market forces" means. Any attempt to force things always has bad results, which are used to justify more forcing.
I bet five bucks you've never been within a mile of a "libertarian econ professor."
