i simply meant i've been posting here for a lot less time than you have. perhaps i can be forgiven if my screed hasn't had a chance to become as varied and diverse as yours. please forgive the sarcasm, it is the lowest form of wit. still, you must admit your posting has been remarkably consistent in both subject and tone for years now. no matter when you tune in, it's the same top forty.
besides, you are my muse, tb. i respond to your example, follow your lead, answer your question. i am your perfect foil, i only exist to provide you a target. if my posts are monotonously similar, it is because they are echoes, or more precisely, reflections of yours. there is a fearful symmetry in our screeds, the right and left hand may be fundamentally very different, but simultaneously, they are also eerily identical. and if i weren't here, who would talk to you?
or perhaps you'd rather i restrict myself to kittens, or sailboats, or ignore you altogether? if so, just tell me, or simply change the subject. or if you prefer, i will only speak when spoken to; all you have to do is ask. but you know i will expect the same courtesy.
