I knew I could count on a spirited (and entertaining) riposte from you, TB, which is why I posted in the first place. You have yet to disappoint me.
The best way to answer your objections to my post are not to go over them point by point, but to simply ask that anyone that interested simply read my original remarks, which are obviously not related in any way to your response.
As always, you seek to get rhetorical mileage by pointing out what I didn't say was dead wrong. That only tells me you only hear what you expect to hear.
