Unbelievable. Actually, very believable. Bureaucracy at its worst. And FEMA under Bush was bad. The whole fucking system under Obama is abysmal. As much as I hate to say it, he is the administrative arm and it rests right on his plate. I'd like to say to the Government: Either get it done or get the fuck out of the way so that people who know what the hell they're doing CAN get it done. Americans are such entrepreneurs and will come up with solutions but then along comes government. Who the hell created all this fucking bureaucracy anyway? Who does it go back to? It wasn't always this way. We started out with a clean slate.
