Okay, so far I've got "lame" and "myopic."
Not sure where to go with that, but I guess that's all right.
That leaves us with what the government tells us: the reason for the financial collapse was too much economic freedom by the evil private banking system and not nearly enough government controls. So as soon as this latest massive new round of government financial controls settles into the system I guess we'll never have to worry about financial collapses again.
Just like the last dozen times this was promised.
