I think with the Flash viewer it is not necessarily you or your machine.
I haven't had a problem with my new PC but with my old one it was hit or miss. I might go several days without a problem and then nearly every one would lag for a week or so. It was so random there were no clues to the cause.
I finally decided that the flash files themselves might be less than perfect. I did a lot of research and found nothing to resolve the problem or even pin it down to a single cause
