Hmmmm.
My download speed is 13.73 mb/s which is certainly what Time Warner promises for the Turbo; however, the upload speed is .96 mb/s. So here's a stupid question: When I click on a You-Tube video to play it, am I downloading or uploading? I know I download software and upload files when I put them on a site but the videos? I presume it's downloading but am not sure.
