Temp internet files or just temp files?
Seems like things like temp file are either growing in size or quantity. I haven't change how often I clean 'em out but I'm getting folder sizes like yours.
I defrag more than 'needed'. Just a guess but I figure it puts wear and tear on your hard drive having longer searches. On top of that, defrag is shorter. Haven't lost a hard yet.
