I understand Eri's sentiment completely...but you're right, Jody. Go to any room in your house (or any room anywhere...a hospital, for example), and take stock of what would be left if all the plastic were removed. Not a pretty picture. Or at the very least, not a convenient one. At all.
Two other points: first, TB's idea about a book ("A Year Without Plastic," or some such) could be really interesting, though you'd have to write it longhand. If it were me, it'd become "My Month Without Plastic." Week, maybe. Actually, I couldn't do it at all: pretty much all my insulin delivery equipment is plastic. How's your cursive, Eri? 😉
