Funding
NPR uses taxpayer funding to support one particular political viewpoint. Frankly, it's long past time they were weaned off it. Most people, including a lot of conservatives, don't know that the government funding's really not that much anyway (roughly, the sum of Federal, State and Local Gov and CPB in the graph below).
Maybe NPR can get another hit off Ronald McDonald or some other corporation that they can then turn around and crap on.
