Possibly a 1925 hearing aid but that raises some questions. Like could she conceal a 7 3/4"x4"x1 1/2" box in her hand? Also why would she be talking into it? Maybe testing it? Also who says she was talking at all, maybe she was chewing gum. Anyhow the the utube debunking.
