I almost hate to do this to you, but the abuses of the corporations you list happened under heavy and numerous government regulations. Hundreds of "sets of rules." Many of them generated by your political team as well as mine.
As another data point, most of the worst industrial and environmental abuses on this planet happened where the government had absolute control of the industries involved.
There may be something seriously wrong with your model.
