Thanks for posting the excerpt, since I'm now banned. But it is an excerpt, what I recall is longer, and right about where you put a period between paragraphs, was another paragraph that supported the malevolence of Judson's intentions.
That malevolence is pretty hard to miss or misunderstand even in what you quoted. I kept rereading the climax sentence, "...Nigerian Internet scammers will be held in higher esteem than the members of the Congress of the United States" to verify that it really didn't say "Democrat members of Congress". But it doesn't. He's hoping not just for the Democrats to be hated, but all members of Congress.
And even you will have to admit that that's passing strange after what we'll loosely call his "side" took control of the House of Representatives. Something more than half of the people he wants to fail are his "own" people.
That was worthy of a little clarification, don't ya think?
