In the picture: Democratic Rep. George Miller of California (far left), well-known right-winger Edward Kennedy of Massachusetts (center, left), Secretary of Education Rod Paige (center, behind President Bush) and Republican Rep. John Boehner of Ohio.
I listed the House and Senate vote totals for a reason. A large number of those votes in favor were Democrats.
This was a hugely bipartisan effort at the time. The Democrats are, as usual, trying to rewrite history. And you, as usual, suck it right up.
