Most of the stimulus was politically targeted tax cuts, same as the spending was politically-targeted spending. Still, it's nice to see Democrats finally admitting that tax cuts grow an economy.
It's easy to list "accomplishments" if your definition of "accomplishment" is more government programs and more spending, and you don't mind skyrocketing deficits and borrowing.
"Reformed student loans" was actually "nationalized the student loan program." I realize that liberals see that as a feature, not a bug.
That was Obama's "middle class tax cut?" Hah! The most fun I had last year was listening to Democrats have to finally admit that a huge chunk of Bush's tax cuts went to the middle class.
