It isn't the government i'm want to help that guy though. Sure, it'd be nice, but.......
My real question (as stated in the post), is "Where the hell were that guy's local community? I participate in plenty of charity myself, but I can only do so much. And when I see some people who find this to be a waste of time (and I see quite a few) then..... Well, I get pissy, to say the least.
