No one wants to take anything away from the executives. They work and damn long hours. BUT they also set the pay scale for the masses and we'd like them to share rather than hoard it all for themselves. And I'm not talking charity. The masses work for their bread but they're not being compensated appropriately for what they do. The gap is widening while workers are expected to work longer hours and produce more all the time while not being sure if they'll even have a job the next week. And if they don't, they have nothing to rely on because inflation (even though it's low, the increase in gas prices and heating oil, etc. have eaten up salary chunks) has reduced their real salary and they have trouble making ends meet and putting bread on the table and provide educations for their children. And THAT is reality, not % or statistics or cold-blooded whitewashing. These are human beings with a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That latter is getting harder and harder to pursue when people are constantly stressed and worried over finances because the top is hoarding and not rewarding the people on whose backs they're making their millions. Without those little guys, they wouldn't HAVE their millions because they'd have nothing to manage.
