TB, your entrepreneurial paradise is just an updated form of feudalism, minus the concept of inheritance of title.
The serf works the lord's land, and in return, receives a share of the crop. But when the lord decides to turn it all over to sheep runs, the serf's family starves. The lord says "It's my land and I don't need you any more, you're perfectly free to find another lord to work for, or start your own fiefdom. But you and your family are no longer my problem."
The right to be able to earn your living is just as fundamental as the right to own land. When those who own property cannot provide a livelihood for those who don't, then everybody has a problem.
