Look, it's not like making fun of other kids in a school class. These net folks freely choose to stridently and repeatedly post their positions in a public forum. Can't take the heat, get outa the kitchen. I make no physical threats or reprisals towards these folks. I might add that the same cannot be said of the "nutballs". I have been cursed at and cursed. I've had folks (e.g. Lindy, repeatedly) threaten to have their friends beat me up, and so on. I don't take such stuff to heart, but I do not approve of such conduct and will not indulge in return.
But I do reserve my free speech rights on the net to label stuff that I think is nutty as nutty. Hey, just think of how much fun it will be when I get proven wrong about UFOs, reincarnation, Faces on Mars, whatever.
