You are not without substantial infractions yourself. You post goofy things that are often incorrect and frequently off topic. Your posts dumb down the "creative intellectual discourse".Yet you expect everyone to be polite as you post whatever you wish?
I vote to keep PhilW and Ebnelson. If you start to whine too much I may change my vote. Being a whiner is the worst possible offense!
