Granting that bit of ammo, you should now be busily digging through past posts for something disparaging I’ve typed. The Dan Apted posts regarding comets and ice fog, which started here, might be useful to you. There were a few posts out of the many where I was somewhat short with him.

Please note that Ed’s post here attacks nobody on these boards -- unless, of course, someone here just happens to be one of the "SOBs whose policy is to kill us and destroy us." This is an emotional outburst directed toward enemies of the free world and, being former Infantry, I can accept this, and I can accept the heat this topic rises in anybody.

Personal attacks on the board are what get me. I find it very difficult to enter into a debate where personal hostilities bring attacks toward posters. I don’t think this is the way HZ should be run. This is supposed to be a “habitable” zone, and there should be a feeling of community, as well as a willingness -- an eagerness, even -- to participate.

That is the way I see it. Personally, I wouldn’t mind taking the lot of you out back for some drop-kick drills -- but that would involve a hell of a lot of driving, and even some flying.

No, I’m not going to pieces. I’ve left the boards to drag-rein long enough, and have come to the decision that I simply must act -- and act I shall.

That’s really all there is to it.
