I did not use the words "white" or "trash" or the phrase.

1) You used the word "trash" in the subject line "Do ya waste the good ones on trash? n/t". Matt had observed "Wow, what a fiendishly clever comeback...", so in context you were saying that you don't waste the good ones (comebacks) on "trash". The word was obviously directed at Matt.

2) You implied the phrase "white trash". Matt's original post was titled "I’m dreamin’ of a White Trash Christmas…", to which you responded "I'm sure you had one." Simple logic: You said Matt had a "white trash Christmas".

If you're going to defend your behavior with disingenuous self-serving nit-picking legalisms, expect to be debunked in kind. You ain't off the hook, Bowze. You've been rude and you owe Matt an apology. Bad cur! Bad!
