To give Bowser some credit...
Unlike a huge majority of hypocritical Democrats, who were perfectly happy to see Kosovo attacked by Clinton because a people were being persecuted, but can't stand the same idea coming from Bush, at least Bowser has been consistent in his viewpoints, equally against Clinton's military endeavors as well as Bush's.
