Oh, save it for the rubes. Democrats screech about fiscal responsibility only when tax cuts are brought up. The entire concept is conveniently forgotten whenever some new and shiny spending program comes up. This is as stupid as someone who complains that he can't make ends meet on his salary, and then buys a Rolls-Royce.
