Frankly, I'm not smart enough to follow your train of thought.
Going back a ways, the "Universe" was defined as all that's physical.
"God" is defined as a non-physical entity, spiritual, created by Man to meet his needs.
As far as predictability is concerned, it's a limited, short-term matter based upon personality traits and past behavior. I should not have introduced the matter as I did not mean some universal predictability, simply about how people make choices in the very, very short term.
