Just how is it easy to explain these as biological on Mars? After considering the temperatrues, the atmospheric presure, the sterilising effect Mars' soil has, the time of year these things exsist as well as their size. be sure to adress all of these factors. Geology does, lets see how well your life explanation can fit it.

You will isten more readily if you arrive at the conclusion yourself, so let me help you, answer what I have posed so far, and explain why you think geology cannot explain these things.
