What's the URL or journal reference?

I went to D.F. Portree's website http://members.aol.com/dsfportree/exannotations.ht and found no reference to Goldin. There was one reference to TRW concerning a pre-Viking study they performed. There was also an abstract concerning the TRW study but no reference to Goldin.

What's the URL or BIS citation to validate your claim?
