Goldin's name does not appear in either:

Both HTML documents have nothing to do with Viking.

I'll give you a couple of days to figure this one out (Only fair since I screwed up my URL in the earlier post). However I still do not believe that Goldin had anything to do with Viking or Viking life science. As far as I know all he did at NASA Lewis was ion engine work as an entry level engineer.
