Smog Is Not CO2

Please try and show a little technical accuracy in responses folks. Particulates can reflect liight and therefore have a cooling effect. Atmospheric particles darker than the surface below them could cause warming. I'm not sure whether smog should have a cooling or heating effect, but it is most certainly not CO2.
