Re: Bedrock Fortification . . .

Hi Dan,

We've learned alot since Vietnam, one of the things we learned is that holding back against a determined or fanatical enemy is akin to losing.

If we have tunnels and underground dwellings that hold the enemy - we will simply cause them to collapse in a manmade earthquake courtesy of 'project plowshare' type technology ;-)

(Never know who's reading these things darn it..)

'Dirty' is a PR codeword for 'fallout'*.

So every time you hear Bush, Cheney, Powell or Rumsfeld say the words dirty war...you have an idea what is being planned.*

Our tunnel boring missiles have been upgraded somewhat significantly since the days of the desert storm 'bunker busters'.

Properly equipped this could do the job when dropped from a high elevation...or one may wish to send in a team for placement...however these things are not something the team can risk failing at or allowing to slip into enemy hands.

Such a team is even more 'expendable' than most teams. They are comprised entirely of 'redshirts'.

Scientists, fault charts and expertise is in abundance in the US - resolve sits with the man in the oval office.

Make no mistake - this is not Clinton in the WH. Dick Morris will not be polling military options for public approval.

Nor will any usage of tactical weaponry be relayed to the media or public.

Best wishes,

SDAI-Tech1

PS
The exodus in Afghanistan lends to confusion and is a prime tool for team cover.... :-= shhhhh!

*Or maybe not....this whole thing may just be disinformation.... ;-)
