Terrorists represent the ultimate limit to the Human species (ever seen Forbidden Planet?). Do you think something like Starship Generations could ever succeed when it could be made into the most powerful weapon in the known universe? Isn't it obvious that terrorists will use *any* weapon they can get their hands on? These types of people already are spreading anthrax in the USA - a dozen cases so far! For all I know a year from now the USA will have to pull out of the mideast to deal with uncontrollable epidemic infecting tens of thousands of people!!!
The first thing terrorists would do with a nuclear weapon is light it off next to the nearest american base! They don't care about the fallout!
