I searched all of the 4 major U.S. networks and there was no mention of civilian casualties in the headlines except for the 16 Christians killed in pakistan.

BBC and Guardian did feature the Kabul casualties but it was below the Christian murders and there was some UK criticism of journalists proping the negatives.
