I understand what Buck means by moral vacuum because I have a Conservative brother in law who is a millionaire and refuses to pay for his daughter's education.

However...my dilemma is: Who has the moral vacuum?

.....The father, who has raised his daughter and been through her drugs, alcohol sex and jail years...or his 24 year old carnival worker daughter who expected to be helped?
