I'd like to see the voter registration databases purged
and require everyone to register again with proof of ID and cross referenced with other government databases like the tax system. From all accounts that I've seen, the current registries are a mess with inaccurate addresses for people who've moved, dead people whose names are still registered, and other gateways to election fraud.
Purging the registries and having everyone reregister seems like a straight-forward solution. I'd like it to be repeated every 4 years or so. I'm not holding my breath that it'll ever happen. There are too many people who like things the way they are. "Vote early, vote often, and don't let death stop you from voting..."
