Ya gotta be able to demonstrate you're eligible!
I think people should have to be able to demonstrate they are eligible to vote AND I think there should be a system in place to ensure they only vote once. (If Scalia had only voted once, we'd have an elected President.)
If that takes identification by name, SSN, or whatever, then that's what it takes. But if those two conditions could be met without ID, then I think ID shouldn't be required.
