How about a purge and a clean reregister for every eligible voter after every National Census at the very least? I think that would make a lot of bookkeeping easier, but I could be wrong.

It would be fun to propose this. The political party that has the most to lose by cleaning up the voting system will scream the loudest. Care to predict which one it will be?
