Reading for comprehension?

My question (apparently unanswerable) was not about the policy, but rather about the making of it.

Uhh, the curvy thing I was referring to was a question mark. I was pointing out that you were reacting as if I was indicting you when I was simply asking a question. This seems to be continuing.
Any closer to formulating an answer?
