during a class break we saw the story on CNN, it was kinda hard to hear the TV so all of us were laughing our butts off at the people outraged over some picture of the guy talking on the phone.
Admitedly it is a very nice picture. It powerfully made him look presidential, like he was doing something very important at the time; which is why I suspect some people hate the picture. It was only till later that we learned it was taken on Sept 11th.
Everyone still thought the fuss was hillarious and we were all gettting a great laugh at the people talking about how repulsed they were.
Simply put, he's the president and he was doing his job well, I am glad that he is using that picture to remind everyone of what a great job he did. Some people as I would expect do not like the idea of him looking good, so obviously they are upset. But I think these people who are raising objections are just a small nutty minority. Then again I have kinda been away for a while and could have lost touch with the majority of society. (then again I probably never was ;-)
