Pretty thick. I did feel a little bad about this one, to be honest. But, it was posted.

(Re - Meado Muffins. One of my daughters was applying to be a counselor for some high school outdoors camp one summer. They had to pick a name like "Shadow", or "Chipmunk".

I suggested "Meadow Muffin". Had a ring she liked, and off she went.

About a week later I got a big, huge, "DAD - do you know what a meadow muffin is??!!"

About the soft money. Your guy DID sign the bill. What's to say?

Regarding the picture, I can understand the guy was hiding. It's part of his job. Something he had to do. I really don't have a problem with that (except that it wasn't part of his job description when he was supposedly flying fighters).

The humorous part is the description of his being courageous in that process. Hiding WAS necessary, and didn't seem "courageous".

The subsidies are subsidies, period. Save your sturgeon for a legitimate issue. I feel about that the way you do about the tax cut. It's taking from the middle class to enrich the rich, period. That some folks can't see that is a credit to lifelong propaganda.

And, I have to agree. That post was a bit much. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to sort of offer a kind of backhanded semi-apology of sorts to someone who might possibly seem like a little twit at times to a person who was rather crass and insensitive.
