The constant elimination of People Who Know Too Much makes for a good movie script, but if it were really happening that way, then why are so many scandals still coming out? There are loads of people who have blown the whistle on some pretty big names without having "accidents."

The worst thing that happened to Juanita Broaddrick was an IRS audit.

Okay, so maybe the concrete overshoes would have been kinder...
