Still waiting for a fact instead of an unsubstanciated rumor

There is a difference, you know. Yes, Bush had a pretty wild past. He admits to having an alcohol problem. However, there is yet to be a single actual fact showing he used cocaine. Doesn't "innocent until proven guilty" apply to him or is the burden of proof on the accused when the accused is a Republican?
