Bush was asked a direct question and refused to deny it on many occassions. There is no rational reason for this other than it being true. Period. Again, he didn't say "I won't dignify that with a response." He said "I'm not going to talk about my past, etc etc." You believe what you want but you are either in major denial or you are being deliberately disingenuous about this.
