Sadam will work with the radical muslims and they will wind up nuking a city. Maybe Tel Aviv, maybe New York but it will happen. He will then plead ignorance and swear that he had nothing to do with it. The world community will have given him good reason to believe he can pull it off.
Maybe that will work or maybe it won't but thousands of ours will be dead and the next step will be armaggedon
