The liberals probably hope he does use them.
Many of the Berkeley mindset were quiet happy when they saw the WTC come tumbling down. I imagine that a nuke attack taking out a major American city would just be icing on the cake for them....as long as it's not around the Holy Bay Area. The only way for liberals to get made at Saddam would be if he nuked Yellowstone, ANWAR, or some other wilderness area. Killing millions of Americans would be fine, but he'd better not harm the animals.
