so a Union doesn't have the right to exist?

Unless some government entity grants it the right to exist?

To follow that logic, A Union can't endorse a candidate becuase to do so, would mean that the union aquired too much clout by its nature (an assembly of individuals solely for the purposes of power consolidation) and as such it would stomp on the rights of the individual who wasn't in the union?

I know a lot of Union members who will be shocked when they find out the direction that this law is taking us...
