The only "driver of anger" is the mere existence of Israel. Expansion is merely something to point to, as a justification of the escalation of violence against Jews and the West. The hatred -- not "anger" -- finds its roots buried deep in history, and is directed to anyone who is not Arab, and the only tolerance is for those who are not Arab, but are Islamic.
