<Charming.
Thank you. I owe it to my folks and grandfolks who brought me up right.
Guilt by association is a cowardly tactic. It lowers the debate to a variety of name-calling. It's also a lie. Knock it off.
You mean guilt by associations like
More guns = more crime
Tax cuts = more poverty
Republicans = Racists
" = Homophobic
" = mean spirited
" = fascists
" = neo-nazis
Those type of guilt by associations?
Ok.
Blanket statements and statistics are only indicators and should not be used to condemn all members of a party, race, etc.
However, my point still stands - the media has deliberately twisted the truth, omitted details to spuriously cast the NRA, Charlton Heston and the GOP as contributing or enabling folks like Flores to kill the three women. Ironically, Flores in his whiny 22 page manifesto addressed the fact that gun control would not have stopped him from killing.
That little fact you wont find touted in these articles. or others either - since it doesn't fit any news piece attempting to indirectly link Charlton Heston to the killings.
Good Afternoon Mary Anne,
