When the terrorists are willing to stop fighting, then peace will be possible.
Only someone with a death wish would stop the fight when the opponent is going for his throat. In case you didn't notice, the terrorists are still killing people. Their idea of peace is somewhat different from State Department idiots who think that a signed piece of paper means something significant when you're dealing with people who want us dead.
