and that is what will eventually kill this scheme.
<Plus the H2 could be manufactured just about anywhere...Possibly even in your garage or at the local gas station.
It's the same reason aclocal powered vehicles are doomed, if you make it in a distillery in your back yard, then the government can't tax it! Expect vehement opposition from the government once it becomes practical ;-)
