Powell used in his arguments a paper published 12 years ago by an american student who immigrated from Iraq (before the first Gulf war).
"I would call my colleagues' attention to the fine paper that United Kingdom distributed yesterday, which describes in exquisite detail Iraqi deception activities".
PLagiarism and deception in one of the most important UN speaches for years, meant to convince the other unconvinced countries.
Propaganda.....just propaganda; but Blair is embarrassed.
